Factory Orders require a Min 10% Deposit to secure the Price and to confirm the order.
Balances must be paid prior to delivery of any materials handling Equipment being arranged.
Titles of goods do not transfer until balances have been paid in full.

Rental – prices may vary from the headline quote and are subject to our Leasing Partner BNP Paribas Accepting you contract hire application. Full quotations and terms and conditions for BNP Paribas are subject to them. (Off rentals charges apply of £150 + Vat All damages are subject to charge also)
Cross Hiring or Loaning is prohibited at all times.
Warranty – New trucks & Equipment come with 1yr or 2000 hours manufacturer warranties as stated at time of sale, whichever comes first. Parts & Labour.( Excludes Travel Time ). Subject to Manufacturer recommended servicing being carried out .
Warranty claims private or trade are subject to normal Machinery hours of use and not excessive use. JD Forktrucks have the right to refuse any warranty claims subject to condition of truck or equipment being misused.
Maintenance Agreements –
Included in Agreement – Service inspection as per schedules, Filters, Oils and greases, Travel and Labour.
Excluded from Agreement & Warranties – Battery changing or topping up of battery waters ( Electric equipment ) Any repairs or Damaged. Tyres or Consumable items. Contaminated fuel.
Supply of fuels or fuel sources are excluded.
DPF Blockages or misuse of the DPF Systems that applies to all DPF Diesel engines.
Thorough Examination certificates.
Call Out Charges and Labour rates are all quoted at the time of the enquiry and are subject to change depending on time and location of repairs needed.
Delivery’s & Collections – Quotes at time of enquiry may be subject to fuel surcharges.
Trade to trade sales warranties cover parts only for the time periods stated at time of sale.
Pre-Owned trucks & Equipment come with a Min 90 Days mechanical warranty which can be extended at point of sale subject to having a full maintenance packaged added. Parts & Labour.( Excludes Travel Time). Subject to Manufacturer recommended servicing being carried out.
