Rugged and Nimble 

The platform stackers’ large Crown-built AC traction motor and a low-noise cast iron gearbox provide reliable power to handle heavy loads. 

Nested I-beam rails and thick steel cross bars contribute to a rugged and stable stacker mast with high residual capacities. The reinforced 8 mm thick steel chassis and die-cast aluminium control handle hold up under the toughest conditions.

 The folding FlexRide platform which reduces shock transfer by more than 80% to provide a smooth ride for less operator fatigue. 

Quick-exit side restraints are positioned for excellent support and comfort, and they easily swing up so operators can quickly exit to the side in congested areas.

These platform stackers feature a narrow, contoured chassis, low sight lines and a centre-mounted tiller for superior visibility, balanced handling, and manoeuvrability – even in close or confined spaces.

Crown’s e-GEN braking system uses the power of the high-torque traction motor to improve overall braking performance while virtually eliminating brake maintenance
